Hi, I'm Juliana.
My love for baking started in my mum's kitchen in Brazil, baking cakes together. I studied gastronomy and specialised in patisserie, and in 2017 I made the move to New Zealand.
I'm a mum of three, so I know how much the cake matters on the day. Every cake is handcrafted by me, with care and attention to detail.

It all started in my mum's kitchen in Brazil. Since 2017 I've been baking in Rolleston, Canterbury, where every cake is made to order and picked up by appointment.

Do you make wedding cakes?
Yes! I make custom wedding cakes designed around your celebration, from simple and elegant designs to tiered cakes. Get in touch with your date, number of guests and inspiration, and I’ll help you choose the right size, flavours and design.
Can you make small cakes?
Absolutely. I offer cakes in a range of sizes, including small cakes perfect for intimate celebrations. The final size will depend on the number of servings you need and the design you have in mind.
Can you make it look like a picture I found?
You’re welcome to send inspiration photos. I’ll use them as a guide while creating a cake in my own style, so the final design may not be an exact copy. I can also adapt colours, details and decorations to make it more personal to your celebration.
How far ahead should I order?
I recommend ordering at least 3 days in advance for simple cakes and 5–7 days for decorated cakes. For weekends, weddings and special dates, the earlier the better, as availability can fill up quickly.
Do you deliver?
Delivery may be available depending on the date, time and location, and an additional delivery fee applies. Please ask about delivery when placing your order.
Can you cater for allergies or dietary needs?
Please let me know about any allergies or dietary requirements when you enquire. As my cakes are made in a kitchen where common allergens are handled, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. I’ll always let you know what I can safely offer.
How much does a custom cake cost?
Every cake is individually quoted based on its size, flavour and design. Send me your inspiration and celebration details, and I’ll put together a quote for you.
What flavours can I choose?
I have a delicious selection of cake and filling combinations available on my menu. You can view the full flavour menu when placing your order, and if you’re not sure what to choose, I’m always happy to help you find the perfect combination.
